80s Girl

Warm up drawing from today since I've been on an 80s wave music spree.  This was inspired by the song "A Real Hero" by College (it's pretty catchy yo).  Enjoy!

The Princess of Trees

Well now that my wrist has healed (never again drawing without breaks......) I decided to do some simple sketches to try drawing on my tablet without gripping the pen or pressing down so hard. These are of the Earth Princess, and I wanted to try changing up her outfit a bit. Enjoy!

The Engineer

Quick morning warm up that I drew based off of a random character generator. The description was, "The industrious chemical engineer who fell in with the wrong crowd." It was a lot of fun drawing this and experimenting with a different brush. Enjoy!

I'm A Goin to Disney!

Hey y'all! I just got off the phone with the Disney recruiter, and I found out that I got the Disney Story Internship!!!! I.....WOW WOW OH WOW! I am so excited right now guys!!!! Praise God for His provision and His amazing blessings! It still feels like it is a dream!

The Dancer

 Some costumed figure drawings from last night's class :) For the gestures I decided to use a pen that I got in Japan last year since the ink runs out of the pen quickly and smoothly (it's basically a pen used to sign checks). I am learning a lot from the class and I am happy that I can experiment with different pens and even water colors :) Enjoy!

The Actress

Costumed Figure drawings from yesterday :) For this class we did a lot more gesture drawings, which allowed me to get more practice in, and I enjoy drawing gestures over long poses.  The model was really expressive and tons of fun to draw. These gestures range from 1 to 2 minutes. Enjoy!
