The Girl

Late night sketch to test out the watercolor brush in photoshop. It's a lot of fun to use

Drive in the Midnight City

These sketches sort of go hand in hand since they're both inspired by songs that I like. The first one is inspired by the song "Midnight City" by M83, which is one of my all time favorite songs. If you haven't checked out M83, y'all go do it! Their album, Hurry Up We're Dreaming, is one of my favorites, but their early album, Dead Cities, RedSeas & Lost Ghosts, is also very good too. The second sketch is inspired by the song "The Driver" by Bastille. Yup!

Western and Steampunk

Some warm ups from the last few days. The first I wanted to do a western drawing since I hardly draw that genre, and the second one is based on a let's play of Guns of Icarus with certain YouTubers that I admire.

Disaster Movie?

Animation Frame

Recently I've been working on a fan animation in my spare time to help relax and wind down after work, and I've gotten to the clean up stage for my key poses. This is one frame in particular that I really liked. Can you guess who this dude is from my recent posts?

Lost

Warm up from this morning inspired by the band Timecop 1983. I love the nostalgic feeling in their music. Y'all go check them out!
